Membership Policy
- Membership fee is for one 12 month period.
- Membership expires on the last day of the month in which the membership was purchased.
- Membership is available to all qualifying individuals.
- Membership may be canceled at CCLM discretion and without cause.
- Member is subject to any and all rules adopted by CCLM, including our privacy policies and practices.
- Business and Nonprofit memberships can be utilized by the employee's of the business or nonprofit. A list of employee's eligible to utilize
services must be provided by your organization prior to enrolling in services. Documentation must be signed by management.
- CCLM reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel membership to any applicant at any time.
- CCLM reserves the right to amend its policies without notice.
- CCLM membership is not transferable.
Membership Refund Policy
- A Membership Cancellation Form must be completed and signed for processing and refund (if applicable).
- CCLM will provide a 100% refund within the 1st 30days.
- Within 31-60 days, a 50% refund.
- After 60 days, no refund.
Coaching Policy
- If you miss a session and notification was received:
* More than 48 hours before the session. You can receive a full refund or rescheduling.
* Less than 24 hours before the session. You will receive a partial refund of the amount paid, less our $50.00 Cancellation Fee.
* No notification and no show for the session. No refund.
Late Arrival
To ensure you receive the coaching that is requested, we ask that anyone arriving more than 20 minutes late to a session to please reschedule that session.
Seminars or Other Events Policy
- If you miss a seminar or other event:
* Your online access was reserved for you and no refund is given.
* If notification is received 48 hours prior to a seminar or event. you will receive a full refund.
* If notification is received less than 48 hours prior to seminar or event, no refund will be given.
CCLM Cancellation or Rescheduling
If, CCLM has to cancel or reschedule a coaching, mentoring, seminar, or event, we will offer the following options:
1. Reschedule (where applicable);
2. Provide a credit in the amount paid. Credit can be applied towards a session, seminar or event held by CCLM; or
3. Provide a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation Notification Process
CCLM must receive notification via: email, phone, or voicemail message to confirm and process a refund. All notification must be within the listed time-frames. Failure to do so could delay and/or prevent a refund.
ISI Mentoring Policy
- ISI mentoring is an eight month commitment.
- Payment is due upon enrollment.
- 100% refund is given up to 48 hours prior to session start date.
- 75% refund is given from session start date and 15 calendar days after.
- 50% refund is given between 16 and 30 calendar days of 1st session.
- No refund will be given 30 calendar days after the sessions start.
- A Membership Cancellation Form must be completed and signed for processing and refund (if applicable).
Payment Processing
Refunds will be returned back to the card that was used for payment or via check. Please allow 5-7 business for all refunds to be processed.
