ALL FOR CHRIST

Mrs. Martin has a Master's Degree in Professional Development with a concentration in counseling from Dallas Baptist University, as well a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University. She has over 26 years of leadership and management experience, 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, 19 years in leadership and career counseling, 18 years of financial management training experience, and over 17 years of nonprofit leadership experience inclusive of volunteer management.  

Mrs. Martin is also the Founder & President of Shireal Martin International Ministries (SMI Ministries), a ministry that reaches the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is also an author, teacher, and international speaker. 

For sixteen years, Mrs. Martin served as the Founder and Executive Director of a Dallas/Ft. Worth based nonprofit organization. The organization served the community with employment training, feeding programs, healthy family training, and community projects that incorporate corporate sponsorship and corporate volunteer initiatives. 

Prior to this, Mrs. Martin, spent 14 years in corporate America leading various work groups in the banking field, where she managed 4.2 billion dollars per day. 

Shireal Martin is a Texas native. She was raised in a Christian home and grew up in church. She has been a believer in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for over 40 years. She has served in the Children’s Ministry, led church Training and Development, Christian Education, and the Women’s Ministry. Mrs. Martin currently serves as Equipping Pastor at for her local church.
